We’re seeking an experienced E&I Engineer to design, develop, and implement electrical and instrumentation systems for our EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical and instrumentation engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of industry standards.
Misiones
Electrical:
1. Design and develop electrical systems (power distribution, motor control, lighting).
2. Create electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
3. Select electrical equipment (transformers, switchgear, cables).
4. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Instrumentation:
1. Design and develop instrumentation systems (control systems, measurement systems).
2. Select instrumentation equipment (sensors, transmitters, valves).
3. Develop instrumentation specifications, data sheets, and documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with instrumentation standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, mechanical, construction).
2. Develop and review project documentation (P&IDs, electrical drawings).
3. Conduct site visits and inspections.
4. Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perfil
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. 5-6 years of experience in E&I engineering.
3. Experience in EPC projects, preferably in oil & gas, chemical, or power industries.
4. Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation standards (IEEE, API, IEC).
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
2. Experience with electrical and instrumentation software (ETAP, EPLAN).
3. Familiarity with control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA).
4. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (NEC, API, OSHA).
5. Certification in instrumentation (CSI) or electrical engineering (CE).
Software Skills:
1. Electrical design software (ETAP, EPLAN).
2. Instrumentation software (InTools, Instrumentation Studio).
3. CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation).
4. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
