We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to create precise drawings for sheet metal equipment and piping systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical drafting, proficiency in CAD software, and knowledge of industry standards.
Misiones
1. Create 2D and 3D drawings for sheet metal equipment, piping systems, and related components.
2. Develop and modify designs based on engineering specifications and requirements.
3. Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD) for drafting.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ANSI).
5. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fabricators.
6. Review and revise drawings based on feedback.
7. Maintain accurate records and revisions.
8. Develop and maintain drawing templates and standards.
Perfil
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Drafting or related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting.
3. Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD).
4. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and piping systems.
5. Understanding of industry standards (ASME, API, ANSI).
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with 3D modeling and simulation tools.
2. Familiarity with piping design software (e.g., PipeFab, AutoPIPE).
3. Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
4. Certification in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks Certified Associate).
5. Experience with document management systems.
