About
We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering successful EPC projects in the ethanol industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the ethanol industry.
Missions
1. Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
2. Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems.
3. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and site visits.
4. Develop and track project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
5. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and communicate with stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction).
7. Coordinate RFIs, change orders, and contract amendments.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
9. Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and metrics.
10. Provide administrative support to project teams.
Profile
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
3. Experience in EPC projects, preferably in the ethanol industry.
4. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, and software.
5. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
1. Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM).
2. Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Asana).
3. Familiarity with ethanol production processes and industry standards.
4. Knowledge of construction management and procurement practices.
5. Experience with document management systems.
